Abstract

Prejudicial question is related to the existence of certain right or legal relation, where the court decision in the main procedure is directly dependent from the resolution of the prejudicial question. The purpose of this paper is to disguise the issue of the enforcement of the decision for the prejudicial question when the court decides to resolve the prejudicial question in certain case.
