Abstract

The organization’s entrepreneurship (intra entrepreneurship, organization entrepreneurship) represents practicing of the entrepreneur’s behavior inside of a existing organization, venture, or a project. The object of interest of this paper is the entrepreneur’s philosophy of act and behavior of the employees inside the existing organization, recognized through entrepreneur’s thinking and acting of the employees that aren’t on managing positions.

The aim of this paper is to identify the main segments of the institutional problems, related with the existence and recognition of the experientially acquired competences on the work place, in context with the qualitative work changes, as categories related with individual career development, perceived through the prism of improved expertise, increased efficiency of planning and realizing the work tasks, improved efficiency of the work hours and team work, on one hand, and stands, opinions and suggestions for the need of formal recognition and validation of the experiential competences of the employees, on the other hand.

Our attention was directed towards research of:

a) Aspects for recognition of the experiential competences of the employees;
b) Stands and opinions of the employees for the need and stream of the process.
