Abstract
People with their existence, knowledge, skills and creativity are irreplaceable performer of the success of every activity, every company and every country. Hence, population growth and their survival in the country are the primary factors for the development of each country. But, data inform that in the last two to three decades, the natality in R. Macedonia is declining. The most important biological factors show that the number of births was 39,794 in 1980, 29,308 in 2000, 24,296 in 2010, while in 2012 there were 23,568 live births. So, the data show that the number of newborns in the last decades is continuously declining. On this trend have influence multiple biological, economic - social and psychological factors.
In this paper, through elaborations, tabular, graphic and computational representations, will be presented time series data about natality, as well as surveys .
