Abstract
The management contracts are a kind of business statute that delegate specific rights, obligations and responsibilities to the managers. In their essence, they are synthesis of management and governing power. The success and realization of the corporative goals as a motivational part, match on the both sides greatly. At the same time, they encourage the negotiation process and the conclusion of the management contract.
