Abstract

This paper treats the question for the place and role of the educator in the contemporary kinder garden. Namely, the kindergarden as an institutional form of education of the pre-school children is an integral part of the community and thus it is a subject of changes which undertake the whole social, economic, scientific and technological development. As an analogue to these changes, the function and the role of the educator as a direct participant and performer of the education work in the kindergarden modifies as well. In this paper we talk about the new roles of the educator and its place and function in the contemporary kindergarden.
