Abstract
The ongoing turbulent changes in the environment and the imposed requirements for personal development of the employees, create a need of focus and in fact, insist on discovering the main individual goals and the needed activities of the employees for the achievement of their career goals. The basic professional education is concerned with the formal degree of qualifications for certain educational profile. The permanent improvement in all of the employees is actually a necessity, which further allows adaptation on the environmental changes (change in the needs of clients); changes in the organization itself or the in the desire of the person for career development in the same or a different organization. These processes contribute to the start of a new professional cycle and they improve the image of the company, through the presentation and communication of the needs and contributions of the employees.
