Abstract

The investment funds,as a type of institutional investors, are important chain in the process of the capital market. The taxation of the income effectuated by sale of units issued by the investment funds became current after the establishment of these financial institutions in the Republic of Macedonia in 2007. In the Article are indicated certain vagueness in the legislation regarding the taxation of this income.
