Abstract
Coma is a state of unconscions which lasts more then six hours , when the pacient can not wake up , does notrespont normal to the painful stimuli, light, sound , does not have normal cyc;e of sleep - wakefulness and not initiate volunatary movment. Glazgov coma score estimated degree og disturbance of conscionsness. Score of 3-8 indicates comatous condition.
