Abstract
Organizational change is a very simple concept between successful companies .
Course plays an important role in building productive business . However , some
companies still have not grasped the magnitude of change . It is inevitable for
employees in a company to avoid change , just as they would not be willing to accept
what is unfamiliar and stressful . Employees are comfortable when working in their
current environment and working environment . They do not want a lot of work when
their schedule is undergoing some changes . Especially in terms of the techniques used
. But once planned schemes at organizational change , staff do everything to avoid
them in any way . The successful implementation of organizational change is a task that
should be carried out taking into account many factors , such as feelings of employees ,
the financial status of the company's long-term goals , good condition of the company
etc. . If the change is implemented and well coordinated , and anyone can contribute
positively to the company then it can only avail of it .
