The manuscript is the result of a long-standing in-depth analysis made by the authors in the area of the current situation and the development of business and entrepreneurship in Macedonia. On the one hand it was made a comparative analysis of the situation with several countries in the region and beyond. Individual parts of it were discussed at conferences and published in indexed journals. The main goal is to give a realistic picture of the situation in Macedonia to all interested parties, its business climate and to encourage entrepreneurial ventures, existing business entities, those who want to become, but also to show the seriousness of the state's approach to this issue. The Republic of Macedonia introduces changes in the formal education system, looking at the future generations as promoters and drivers of the future commercial and economic development of the country.
