Abstract

If the strategic importance of the institution competitiveness is seen from the staff’s point of view and the quality of their professional competencies, on one hand, and the permanent increase of its social importance reflected in the need of activating the human capital’s needed quality and the creation of better individual possibilities for development of all the members of the society, on the other hand, the cooperation with the local community and the working sector from the aspect of compatibility at the labor market and its using initiates a thought that every educational institution becomes more and more important reason-consequential part called an important factor in the development of the society and the individual.
The high-educational institutions, offer a combination of knowledge and its use, developing attitudes and responsibilities reflected in the results of learning, staff from different levels of development of these abilities achieve profile, and their quality determines the relationship claimant-consumer with the community, the region, and the entire society. That’s why, the satisfaction of the community’s needs with exactly defined staff profiles that satisfy the needs of the work sector as a result of their long-term strategic planning, more than any other company of organization goal stands out as a need, reason and a consequence.
