Abstract

Creativity entrepreneurship is the mental and social process used to generate ideas, concepts and associations that lead to the exploitation of new ideas in the business world. Through the creative process, employees are tasked with exploring the profitable outcome of an existing or potential endeavor, which typically involves generating and applying alternative options to a company’s products, services and procedures through the use of conscious or unconscious insight. This creative diversification is the direct result of the global information network – plenty of information from Internet services, scientific experiences, corporates cultures and individuals who possess different attributes and perspectives.
Managers are scrambling to come up with ways to measure and raise the productivity of their innovation efforts. It’s not simple way to be successful in globalization world with billion companies and billion ideas and assimilated into something new and something exclusive for customers. Most important, as the Internet and globalization widen the pool of new ideas, it's about selecting and executing the right ideas and bringing them to market in record time.
In this paper main point is establishing a creative environment to foster innovation and mental mobility and to find right way in global market.
