Abstract
Zeolites are aluminosilicate minerals that due to the porous structure is often used as a commercial absorbent. This paper described the application of zeolites for purification of waste waters. Specifically described the process of ion exchange and adsorption processes used for removal of certain ingredients, such as heavy metals from waste water.
