Abstract

managers-leaders are the key person, main factors, initiators and creators, responsible for the total business policy of the organization. For the reason they should be distinguished by special qualities which will enable them to be idealised by people. The manager - leader developes his capacity for leadershp through the folowing elements: love for profession, knowledge and askillfulness to completely effectuate the employees in realization of aims and tasks of organization.
Due to the important role of the manager-leader of organization, he must possess a value system of qualities, e.g.:knowledge, skillfulness, courage, pragmatism, common sense, love, wisdom, conciousness and dignity. All these components of his value system present a complex of numerous characteristics. In this paper, some aspects of these characteristics will be presented.
