Abstract

This paper aims to emphasize the influence and connection of social agents (family, school, environment, peers, mass media) and the creation of ecological culture in social behavior of children from primary schools, with a special emphasis on the influence of the family completeness, parents’ level of education and economic situation of the family). To discover the benefits of paying attention to nature, which start very early, to take action in order to strengthen children's relationships with nature while making education for nature sustainable and enriched and as a fully integrated part of everyday life and education of children. Among numerous educational factors influencing the development and upbringing of children, family has a primary and irreplaceable role. The family has the responsibility for proper upbringing of children and their preparation for life. Creating ecological culture of children depends on the completeness, that is, on the members of the family, or its incompleteness. Another important factor is the economic situation of the family, i.e. how financially powerful a family is to provide basic conditions for children's lives, for their growth and development in a clean environment. And the last but not an irrelevant factor the educational level of parents, that is, the connection of parents’ education related to transferring information, knowledge and practice to their children for creating ecological culture.
