Abstract

The modern system of providing health services involves the use of digital
technology era that is globally affected health sector. Efficiency of healthcare organizations
today is reflected using platforms for e-health, and access to the Internet. Using the latest
technology to improve the interoperability of healthcare organizations in terms of providing
timely medical services and monitoring of the patient from the treatment beginning to home
release. Networking of local, regional and international health services by unique system of
cloud computing, allows the exchange of large amounts of information. This exchange of
information takes place in real time and relates to monitoring the health condition of the
patient, their analysis and communication of health workers. In this way, it reduces number of
costs, which occur in treatment of patients starting from administration, the transport to the
costs of medicines purchase. Networking primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare cloud
computing creates a kind of healthcare service mobility that connects all participants, adding
value to each stage of the patient treatment. The importance of using modern technologies in
electronic health not only improves the efficiency of health care organizations, it provides thebasis for the innovation apply by exchanging opinions of health professionals, in case of timely
patient treatment.
