Abstract

In this paper we will study the relationship between information systems and
organizations. Respectively will try to show how information systems affect organizations and
conversely.
Our purpose is to point out the necessity of implementation of information systems in
organizations. It should be understood that one of the very important elements of the relationship
between the company and the way we perceive people, is nevertheless the innovation.
Technology is only one component that allows people to think differently about how they live and
work, but not thinking technology, but on how to use technology to their ideas and imagine come
to the fore.
