Abstract

In the field of the development of civilization, education is moving down the way from segregation to integration of exclusivity to inclusiveness. With reasonably we could conclude that the concept of inclusive education is accepted in many countries. Inclusiveness as an attribute implies a new model of organized teaching and learning that is identified and confirmed by creating an inclusive culture, creating an inclusive policy and the development of inclusive practice in our schools. These steps apply to the creation of a new model of teacher that will address the needs of inclusive teaching. By that stage of the way of the inclusion of our teachers is the subject of interest in this paper. The research covers primary school teachers, and used the questionnaire with indicators of inclusiveness. Indicators of inclusion are divided into six areas and in three dimensions. The analysis of the research data showed that the three dimensions in the index of inclusiveness are not equally developed. Dimension which refers to the development of inclusive practice is slower developing than others. There is an evident lack of concrete instructions, approaches and models in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of inclusive teaching. These findings are an incentive for further researches.
