Abstract

Most of the investigators did not succeed to prove negative effect on bone mineral density (BMD) in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) patients treated with low dose of corticosteroids (CS), but few of them could not confirm this finding. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of low dose CS on BMD of RA premenopausal and postmenopausal (PM) patients in Nis region of Serbia.
