Abstract
A second derivate spectroscopy method for simultanous determination of polythiazide and vanillin in Renese tablets has been developed. Methanol solution of the tablets has been developed. Methanol solutions of the tables werw analyzed by measurement of the amlitudes of the positive peak at 282nm with respect to the negative peat at 270nm for polythiazide ant apmlitude of the negative peak at 218nm with respect to the base line for vanillin.
