Abstract

Rice is plant which is primarily cultivated as cereal for human consumption. In the course of rough rice processing beside white rice intended for nutrition, hulls and bran are obtained. These adjoining products could be used as multi purposed raw materials for oil industry: as source of nutritive, stable oil which can be used as functional food, as adsorbents for oil bleaching and as agents for waste water treatment.
