Abstract
Beside the numerous position of population, ethnical and confessional structure presents most significant military-geographical characteristics of population. In this paper we analyzed the fundamental demographic characteristics and actual state in domain of ethnical and confessional structure of population in Republic of Macedonia in compare of statistical date of Census in 1994 and 2002. Especially we point out the analyses wish have influences in domain the military defense.
