Abstract

Mobbing is a specific type of psychological terror in the working environment, carried out by one or more persons for a longer period of time, with constant pressure, sophisticated harrasment, underestimation, isolation and other acts turned toward other employees in order to endanger their reputation, honour, dignity and integrity. These acts are aimed to force other persons on obedience, and they often result in disturbed psychical health and quitting of the job, wherever there is a chance to choose...
