Abstract

Consciousness is one of the crucial factors for maintaining a quality in accordance to ISO standards (ISO 9001:2000, 6.2.2) and an indispensable condition for development of TQM philosophy. Consciousness is ability of the man to have an objective perception of the world and a right knowledge of the social life. It is also an ability to maintain and improve the quality of work and of the life, in general, by which he will contribute to his own as well as to the benefit of humankind.
