Abstract

Summary
The examinations were conducted on wheat grain, produces by two different growing system for the period from 2004/05 to 2007/08.
A grain of ten varieties of soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum spp. vulgare): milenka, bistra, lizinka, altana, mila, orovcanka, olga, agrounija prima, podobrena orovcanka and pelisterka was used as planting material.
All varieties, except milenka and olga, had higher content of proteins in the grain in conventional production. The variety with biggest content of proteins in the grain in conventional production was lizinka (15,3%), and with the smallest milenka (13,0%). In organic, the variety with biggest content of proteins in the grain was lizinka (14,8%), and with the smallest agrounija prima (12,5%).
