Abstract

Abstract
Teacher can organize and realize their educational work based upon the principles of competitiveness, individuality and cooperativeness. The teacher’s pedagogical autonomy concerning the choice of his/her methodological approach necessarily determines the student’s interaction, their knowledge and attitudes. This is undoubtedly supported by the arguments presented in this paper.
