Abstract
The paper presents mining and geology properties of coal deposits in Republic of Macedonia predetermined for underground exploitation. Also it will be shown the way of coal seams preparation and development for underground excavation with long wall mining methods for bilanse reserves of coal and underground gasification technologies for nonbilanse reserves of coal.
