Abstract

Surface electrode reactions comprise a large class of substances whose electrochemical transformation at working electrode can take place from adsorbed state. Here we can consider the electrode mechanisms of many lipophilic drugs, azo-dyes, enzymes, coenzyme Q like substances and many more. In this file, we give the readers entire MATHCAD working file to simulate Square-wave voltammograms of so-called Surface Catalytic EC' mechanism in square-wave voltammetry. Theoretical modeling on such systems provides insight into calculating kinetics of many drug-drug and enzyme-substrate interactions.
