Abstract

According to the global statistic data, uterus cancer is the 12th most common cause of death, or 6th most
common deadly cancer for women. Annually it affects around 16 out of 100 000 women, and is lethal for about 9
out of 100 000 annually. It is important to emphasize that approximately 80% of these cancers occur in the
developing countries. This paper will use quantitative and qualitative methodology on various sources in elaborating
the findings for this specific topic.
The uterine cancer and breast cancer are diseases which impose a threat for the women of all ages, from every social
layer and on every location. It is a beneficial circumstance, that if this type of cancer is detected early, it could be
cured. The most efficient way for timely detection of this dangerous disease is routine control examinations and
PAP tests.
