Abstract

Resume: Social entrepreneurship represents a new approach for solving of social problems that enables solution of socially useful quests and building of basis for sustainable development of the society. This paper will provide theoretical exhibit and it will define the terms social entrepreneurship, social enterprise and social entrepreneur from different points of view. Because social enterprises are characterised with a specific characteristics, research part of the paper will focus on the legislative for establishing social enterprises in Republic of Macedonia and looking at the possibilities and the perspectives for the development of the social entrepreneurship in Republic of Macedonia. Social entrepreneurship is supposing constant rediscovery of new ideas by the social entrepreneurs for solving of the social problems and changing the old ones, known, impractical ways of conduct. Also social entrepreneurship is defined as a concept through which is done continuous conduct of economics activities under certain working conditions with an aim of engaging the marginalized groups of people in the society. Mostly it is about people, whom entrepreneurs-employers cannot recognize at the market, i.e. they are not hiring them. Social enterprises conduct certain business activities with an aim of creating of social value from which society as a whole benefits as well from the conduct of that entrepreneurial activity. Social enterprises are not oriented towards basic aim of the traditional firms and that is making profits. As enterprises they conduct certain social mission, these type of firms have as aim creation of economic and social values by conducting noticeable social and economic changes in the society. Management of the social enterprises primarily is oriented towards discovery and satisfaction of the needs of the market that are not satisfied and is directed towards marginalized people. Social entrepreneurs are carriers of the social entrepreneurship and are creators of the new ideas for solving of the social problems that are replacing the old impracticable ideas with a new business model of work. They posses high moral values and are directed towards spreading of their ideas outside of the boundaries of the social enterprise. Social entrepreneurs' posses' ability for recognition of useful socially entrepreneurial activities by using of inspirations, creativity and are prepared for undertaking activities for creating socially useful jobs in order to create balance between the subjects in the society.
