Abstract
To answer the challenges, to meet the needs of each and every one, to own self, there are the things that the contemporary teacher faces in this 21 st century.
In this paper, we elaborate the problem of academic writing, as the skill that teacher should possess in order to improve their own activity, in the direction of their successful professional development.
