Abstract

The town houses under the influence of the same
type’s homes from the Ottoman territory in the Mediterranean had established the concept of adobe buildings, which gave the possibility for frequent changes, especially in dynamics of the plan, located in the marketplace, which in the upper floor had a living
residence. The building fund of houses and commercial edifices in the region of Doiran, regarding its building
tradition of the region, had special attention on the
space concept for the homes, and of commercial
buildings, also on the architectural features, the level
of the interior decoration and the ethnologic aspect,
thus creating an authentic aspect for the valorization
of the edifices in this region. Some of the characteristics represent autochthonous feature, being part of the building heritage on the territory of Macedonian.
