Abstract

If we start from the fact that the main strategic importance to the company's competitiveness are the employes and the quality of their professional competence, from one side and the steady increase of its social importance reflected in the need to activate all the knowledge in the knowledge society and their desire to increase the quality of the human capital and create better opportunities for development for all members of the society, but from the other side the development of professional competencies of each individual in educational institutions is becoming more important cause - consequence segment called stakeholders, employees, shareholders and community.The educational institutions as place for acomprehensive personal and social development for the stakeholders, offer a combination of knowledge and it's usage, developing attitudes and responsibilities reflected in the results of
learning are an important factorin the labor market profiling staff with different levels of such skills, and their quality determinates the relation between the demander and the supplier in the community, region as well as whole society.So, the development of the professional competencies of the employes is more than any other company and organization scene is emphasized like necessity, cause and consequence.
