Abstract

Preface

Interest in entrepreneurship gets national and international proportions. Entrepreneurship is leading engine for economic growth of cities, countries and governments. Entrepreneurial approach on business enables to recognize opportunities in surroundings, demography and market that can support business in that area. Also identifiable are business partners and skills need to run own business, and to locate suppliers and to determine financial demands for starting new business , which are key , determinant aspects in nowadays economic climate.

From the other hand undisputed is the fact that tourism has polyvalent meaning and that is multiplier of the economic development. By the fact that our country is resource abundant, with natural ,material, and human factors for tourism development which are not enough used, on this question special attention should be placed. Tourism as phenomenon of 21st century has social and economic meanings. Visitors as dynamic category of users that require appropriate services, that need to be managed effectively and efficiently managed, to be satisfied. If we start from the fact that tourism is an incentive for the carriers of tourist supply, and especially business partners from hospitality, intermediacy, and craftsmanship, more and more will emphasize its influence on all of the areas of tourist economy. Knowing the fact, that tourism has not received the place that is deserved in the total economic development of our country, active participation of all of the contributors from the tourist domain is one of the main responsibilities of all of the tourist subjects.

Therefore, tourism and its development cannot be excluded from the approach to these economic aspects. It’s a dynamic development area that looks for a fast, recognizable changes that will keep their focus of interest on the domestic and foreign visitors. Seen from the aspect of innovativeness but and from the necessity of current following of the trend changes and tourist needs that diversify, dynamically different and require serious financial support, tourist institutions more than ever have need of entrepreneurial approach in conduct of business.
