Abstract

Knowing the positive effects of green tea on the prevention of some of the chronic diseases that are associated with high oxidative stress, the aim was to measure the level of total antioxidants in infusions prepared from some frequently used medicinal plants in R. Macedonia and to compare the obtained values with that of green tea.
