The term child in different countries, environments and continents has different interpretations. However, the truth is one and only, according to which, every newborn child, where ever born, and whichever nation or religion it belongs, is the future citizen of the only Earth globe. When it comes to the role and the impact that the book has in the children’s life and his education and upbringing, it should immediately be indicated that it is extremely important, but has also a huge responsibility because the child is the biggest guarantee for better and more favorable future of every people and country. Therefore, every civilized society, or community, shall create appropriate conditions for the proper upbringing and development of every child, regardless of its nation, religion, race and its other attributes. Every child should receive equal opportunity and chance in terms of its education and general development. Because the child experiences in childhood carve deeply into his soul, they later reflected on its relationship and in society. Therefore, almost all the researchers of the children’s education worldwide think in the same way.
